Thanks!Awesome build! What size tires? How did you get the 3" lift - was it a custom job, or did you stack spacers? I've only seen 2" and 4" kits.
Awesome, I appreciate the info. Do you think I'd be able to run 245/65/17 on my setup, with the 2" front 2.5" rear lift and stock XT springs? No need to worry about wheel spacers, to push the wheels out further - the offset of the Method wheels handles that? Any reason you chose the King over Rallitek? I understand the Rallitek is advertised as "same as OE height" though it's stiffer, so I figure it'd be higher than OE height when the vehicle is loaded down. King is even stiffer? Thanks!
Lift included 2” front and rear lift kits (spacers, alignment etc.) plus King Springs added the other inch.
Tires are 245/65/17 Continental Terrain Contact A/T with 17 Method Rally wheels and they add another inch over the Forester’s factory wheels/tires setup.
Be warned though, these tires are Heavy! The extra weight will sap your car of power. My engine is at stage 2 pushing 265whp. At my last tune I was expecting more gains but the extra weight from the new tires just kept me as is. Got my torque up to 309lb but hp stayed the same. I’m not sure how much it would take out of the stock engine.Awesome, I appreciate the info.
