I'd replace the fuel filter, spark plugs and also check/replace the front O2 sensor. My oxygen sensor was bad and my car ran like absolute crap even after replacing the fuel filter and spark plugs...

That blows man! You should try different bulbs, that's probably the cheapest way to go. If you want you can connect my bulbs and see if the problem goes away, that way you don't have to buy new ones...
