For Stage 2, I would just do a downpipe to the stock exhaust. When I did a Stage II, all I had was a Cobb Catted Downpipe (which tapers to 2.5" to fit stock exhaust anyway), and the access port tune....

As long as you have both the up pipe and downpipe gaskets, should be a quick sub 1 hour install. I've done the swap in my driveway a few times now, and I'm down to about 20 minutes for the swap, haha.
