I just plugged the 215/40/18 tire size into a calculator and it reads a 24.8 diameter, so if you're at 24" from ground to fender you might be fine. However, the only reason you have to stretch that...

Well, no luck there. Here's my thinking. As long as the steering wheel/cruise/etc is a direct bolt on, then the clock spring should work. With that being said, I had to rewire the cruise on my 06 WRX...
