Will an automatic radiator work in a manual?

I need a radiator for my '99 5-speed, and have found one for an automatic. I figure I would need to cap off the tranny connections, at least. Any problems with fit, performance, etc?

I have had stuck wheels more than once, on both my Forester and my XG350. Kicking was futile. I do put anti-seize on the wheels, but it still takes a block of wood and a sledge every time.
