No. You don't have to change anything hardly at all. There aren't many wires on the manual, and the auto ones just unclip out of the system.

I had the 2004 YZF600r which was the comfy version of the R6 with little power difference. Loved it. This one looks to be right on par with that bike except fuel injected. I miss it.

Red green wire was just grounded, so black green wire goes to ground I suppose. If I had to guess, I'd think green and yellow was power, and green white is signal. But that's just a guess.
