I am, im non-turbo though, it was a big PITA to cut that thick plate around the bigger header, i would skip the "header spacers" primitive offers over cutting though to be honest

getting a catback made up would prolly be better/easier/cheaper just pick up a magnaflow or some sort of straight through muffler that likes to take out high frequency noise and itll sound beastly.

yea i vote for a block that is build to handle some abuse, even a wrx block would be an upgrade if im not mistaken, throw in some custom pistons and youve got a solid foundation

200 WHEEL hp is gonna take some serious coin especially through the 4eat, at the crank is more doable with a bump in compression though. If it were me doing another NA build i would go for 2000...
