Yes the newage wrx IC is the same core size with fsti.
Only the left side bolt hole is a bit more in the back. (You can modify the foresters bracket, or maybe use wrx's)
I fitted the wrx ic in mine...

Yesterday i fitted v7 sti scoop, which i got back from the paintshop .... fits like a glove!
Also i picked up Nokian Z Line 225/45R17 (strangely they smell awfully nice :D )
