Captain_Zach I have WRX springs and struts on mine it's about 2 inches lower still has a comfortable ride and I don't have to worry about potholes, speed bumps or anything in the road

Style is a personal preference.

But just think. seriously, how cool would be some ground effects?

How many Foresters would some real ground effects would you see on the road?

dj tanner And i shouldnt have put "slam" in the title. I would never slam my forester, just lower it.

dj tanner Still not sure what to do guys! This is probably the hardest decision ive had to make for my car. Im looking at a set of 05 wrx sedan struts right now. I thought these would be a direct swap, can anyone confirm that? Also, i know ill need spacers or wagon springs for the saggy butt, but other than that will they work with my top hats and everything?

S2-13BT Wow, it's been awhile.

I have BC Racing coilovers in my SG. I had one strut blow about 1 month after installing them. Got that replaced under warranty and since then it's been smooth sailing.

Ride comfort is fine when set to the softer side, but can be bone jarring when set hard. I'd have no issues recommending them to someone who is after some budget coilovers.

If you can stretch to Ohlins, that'd be the way to go!! Haha!

dj tanner Just to revisit this topic, I am strongly considering getting coilovers and i've heard some good things about BC coilovers...Does anyone have any input or experience with these?

chef05b +1 for slammed... I love mine lowered, saving up for some coil overs myself (cause I wanna be about 1" lower than I am right now.. currently I'm riding on WRX sedan struts and WRX Tien (wagon specific) springs..

Wessneroo If I was going to get coilovers, I'd follow what Duder said, or get the Mann Engineering coilovers.
