I love your forester! I have a 2017 2.5i 6spd and I love it. I already got my Yakima roof rack set up and want to do a similar set up to yours. I do want the subaxtreme bull bar and anderson 2 inch lift. Thoughts?

Ok awesome. I tried doing it without taking the grille apart. I just used painters tape to mask everything. I waited about 4 hours, but when I went to pull it off the Plastidip just started coming off with it. I tried cutting it away, maybe my knife wasn't sharp enough, but it just didn't work haha. Oh well good thing Plastidip is super cheap :) I'm going to give it another try but I'll take the time to actually take the grille apart this time.

Hey man do you have instructions on how you painted your front grill? If not can you at least tell me what you used to paint it?

    Thanks for any help!

Hea my friend, Suggestion? I'm heading up Apache Trail from Apache Junction on Wed. Would you suggest going around the whole loop and coming back to Phoenix from Globe, or turning around at Roosevelt Lake and backtracking. Ive backtracked before, but never did the loop to Globe. Thanks.....

    How you doing High-Desert,

Do you have the instructions for the rear sub alignment kit?

I am about to purchase the lift kit for my 13 forester. I just wanted to show my buddy all the instructions before purchasing.

    Thanks!

Nathan, I'm planning to do Four Peaks soon and was wondering of the route you took. Did you take Four Peaks Road and head East and come back on Apache Trail, or did you go on to Globe and back on 60? I'm getting some ideas of how to plan my drive. thanks, Jim

    Hey man,

Your Foz is looking awesome. I love what you've done with it. I'm a big fan of improving on these vehicle's ability to off road vs. dropping them.

I've got a 15 XT and I've been doing a ton of research on new wheels & tires. You're setup looks perfect for me. I want to go down to a 17in wheels (XT has 18s) and get an offset that widens the stance. The big question of course is how far can I go without rubbing.

I'd really appreciate your advice on your setup:

After the lift, could you have put a wider wheel on without rubbing?

It looks like after your tire upgrade and lift you're getting an ~2in total lift. Is that correct?

How difficult was the subtle solutions 1' lift install? Did you hire someone or do it yourself?

Finally, after the upgrade what are your impressions in drivability on and off road? I've got to imagine off road is a huge improvement, but does the foz still handle cornering on the street, etc. ok now?

    Thanks!

    Caleb
