Did you mean your pump only runs when there's alky in it?

It feels like a 50 shot of nitrous really when it hits 14 psi.

How much time did this take you to set-up, and are you using your windshield washer fluid tank as reservior for the alky?

Yes. Shureflow makes an "on demand" pump. When it's "dry" the pump runs and keeps fluid in it.

Only took about 2 hours to install. I had to fab a bracket that sits behind the pax headlight for thepump, and the most time consuming was removing the hose between the throttle body and IC to mount the nozzle. I am using the washer fluid tank.

Here's Zippy's latest numbers. This was on a dynojet at 5280 feet. The Black lines are Cobb Stage 2 and the Blue are Cobb stage 1 both done on the same dyno. My guess is that I'm getting a little over 300 lb/ft of torque and 260-270 hp and at the crank. Let me know if you've got a beter estimate. I'm mostly happy about how flat and V8ish the torque curve is. Maybe next year a bigger IC and a protune.

Here's a graph for my 100 octane map. I'm able to get 100 octane fuel for $3.60 locally when 93 oct. sells for $3.50, so I figured what the heck.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind running 100 octane all the time I am guessing you are using a COBB AP, correct? Nice numbers, BTW.

Yes, COBB AP. Protuned by Jorge. I'm lucky to have a tuner working locally with a shop that has a dyno.

I'm enjoying it. There's quite a difference in torque between the 93 oct. and 100 oct. fuel. (304 ft.lbs/364 ft.lbs)

Have to save up for a new clutch...

Thanks.

Engine/Exhaust Mods:
-pe1820 turbo (ported)
-pe850cc inj.
-Hyperflow TMIC
-GM boost solenoid
-Typhoon intake
-Perrin inlet
-TXS stealthback (w/hiflo cat)
-Helix up-pipe
-H&S backbox (Scoobysport)

What is really nice is the smooth power delivery. I'm making power almost all the way up.

23 psi what my tuner told me, and that it's fine.

I don't completely understand the relationship between boost, horsepower & torque, and fuel & air delivery, but my tuner was happy with the map and so was I when I drove the car.

Also no boost creep issue.....yet. That may change when it gets colder, but I'll have to see.

Good to know you're making good numbers with the txs stealthback and highflow cat. I pulled mine thinking it was bound to be fouled from the high egts sometimes but I was wrong.. it looks perfect inside still. The TXS cat is ceramic though. I wish it was made from the new metal substrate stuff.
