Hey guys, I've got my tranny out for the clutch job. I found what looked like a rubber band around the opening of the bellhousing where the input shaft comes out. It was broken and just stuck there. I found this picture from another thread that I have pointing out the o-ring in question:
While I'm hoping to hear something I'll get my dial calipers and get an exact measurement on the diameter of the shaft at that collar. Maybe I'll be able to come up with something. Subaru wasn't much help but their Subaru guy wasn't there when I called. Any help would be appreciated.
