Default timing belt replacement vs full kit

hey guys just wanted to know when going about changing the timing belt on a 99 foz L if it's necessary to do the full kit or is just the belt fine?
i already know to be sure the water pump on any belt job

I bought a full kit with idlers,belt, etc. It was a nice deal. On ebay.

nice.. i was looking at a few of those. I'm a little hesitant because i haven't heard of most the companies that make these parts like pci they came out pretty good for you?

I just bought an eBay set ($185 shipped) and will install soon when it gets here. I'll find out if I made a mistake.

i got the pci kit from ebay seams to be working well
managed to get some cleaning and detailing in wile i was at it
might start posting pics of a "cleaner then dealership" 99 motor

Full kit. Bearing on the pulleys do fair. But I'd stay away from "generic" pulleys (personally, I intend to get "subaru genuine" parts of TB service).
