Timing Belt replacement question

About ready to wrap up a TB and WP replacement job.
Am using an OEM replacement belt with the timing lines on the belt.
Installed belt (right direction rotation looking at front of engine) aligning marks on belt with Crank pulley and Cam pulleys marks and alignment marks of engine - all good. Now as cautious as I am I first hand rotated the Crank pulley (right direction) one complete revolution (stopped when Crank timing mark lined up with block) both Cam pulleys are now at 6pm -still all good. One more complete rotation of Crank pulley brings all marks at 12 noon again.
My question: although the marks on the pulleys line up - the Belt lines no longer are in sync with the Crank/Cam marks. Are the lines on the belt only referenced when you first install the belt?
Everything looks good and rotates smoothly but I'd rather err on the side of caution.

Correct the marks only line up about once every 281(?) rotations of the crank. This is due to the timing belt having a odd number of teeth. As long as the tic marks on the pulleys are in the right position you are good to go.

His - 08 X Prem 5mt
Hers - 08 X 4EAT

LOL, did the same thing today; saw the the belt marks didn't line up and went "huh?" for a split second. Then realized they wouldn't until I turned the thing over lots more times.

Replacing the camshaft seals was a pain.
