2004 X MT 184K. Two weeks ago my mechanic replaced the vent control solenoid valve to address P1443 and P0457 CEL codes. When I picked the car up, it ran fine. I literally drove from the shop to the gas station where I filled up the tank. But the car wouldn't start -- it wouldn't catch. The only way it would start and staying running is with a lot gas. I drove it a little ways and then stopped, turned off, and started it up again. It fired right up and ran great. No issues for two weeks. Filled up today for the first time in two weeks and the same thing happened. Rough start, lots of gas to keep it running. After two or three minutes of driving, it's ran fine. The car ran great before the valve was replaced so clearly there's a connection between the vent control valve and filling the car up with fuel. Thoughts?
Thanks.
