Forester 09 XT - rear wheels squealing noise

Occurs intermittently, usually after driving for some time, when slowing down and making turns (like, on a parking place). High-pitched squeaking sound.
Although, sometimes start just when driving straight in a regular way at normal speed. Obviously tied to wheels rotation.
Not tied to dry or wet weather.
Disappears momentarily when just touching the brakes - and comes back again when brake is released.
What have been tried:
brake pads replaced; calipers inspected and found fine; brake system flushed;
Anybody had the same?
