Default Clunking / banging when warmed up - intermittent

Hoping someone can give me a clue what's going on with my 2002 SF5 2.0 N/A manual.
Once warmed up it's started to clunk and bang at the rear end. It's really loud and can be felt through the floor when sat in the front. It doesn't do it all of the time (once warmed up) but it seems to be worse when slowing / accelerating and on rough roads.
I'm planning to tow a caravan on holiday next week but this is really making me think twice.
Any ideas folks?

Not a forester but similar.

check number 8 also.
when a car is lifted on a hoist wrong.at point 8 there is a plate that gets bent at that bushing.just bend it striaght again.also at point (4) at tire.this bushing will wear out.

Thanks for the replies guys especially the pictures. I've had a mechanic take a look and lo and behold it's the exhaust back box banging on the recently fitted tow bar. The fitter has tied some rubber onto the tow bar frame at the point of contact and the result is the same noise but very muffled. I've googled this problem and it doesn't seem to be anything that's well documented. Has anyone ever heard of this? It's a quality Witter tow bar.
