1998 Forester Ceiling Clock

Okay, so when I bought this car a decade ago, there was this neat little digital clock above the rear view mirror. It stopped working about 2 or 3 years later. It's on the same fuse as something else that still works, so that's not it. Any ideas besides looking at the time on the clock-radio? Thanks!

It is a common problem, but an easy fix!
