new plugs on a 07 xt before a tune. which ones?

i just got done searching for quite a while and there are too many different opinions.
im going to be changing the plugs and all the fluids soon before my tune.
my tune goal is 300whp. i think i want the platinum plugs so i dont have to change them so much. but are the iridiums better for performance and gas mileage. if so then i will put those in even if i have to change them at 15k.
breanna doenst drive the forester far its only 3 miles to her work so its really no big deal.
i know i want ngks but what ones exactly.

and what about gear oil. full synthetic? the way to go or what.
i read about some enoes oil or something. what should i use in the tranny and diffs?
anything else i should change before my tune?

I use these one step colder plugs on my 07, but I wouldn't care if I reuse same stock plugs.

I use Motul gear fluid and oil.
