not sure about the boost pill, but TS should have them if you do. I think we changed mine out too when I had the fozzy there.

the rest of the list looks quite complete.

Should any of my parts change? I bought all this stuff used minus the gaskets and splitter so I'd be ok with swapping parts for better option.

The Gray Goose; Pam and Brian's 2007 FSXT Build

I used all of those gaskets and fittings new. Why take a chance and have to redo the install for a leaking turbo?

And a good read...

did you need a fuel pump with the vf 48? i plan to install one anyway just no sure if its necessary. Also in interester why you think a transmission cooler is needed.

Fuel pump is cheap insurance.

Same goes for external trans cooler. As Yerrow said, the more power you make, the more heat it makes.

Add a turbo blanket, wrap the downpipe and since your getting a tune consider deleting your TGV's and secondary air pumps. less stuff to break down, more air flow, cleans up the engine bay. new cush washers for the turbo, if you can thermal dispersant on the tmic.
A wideband o2 would give you more oversight on how everything is holding up, as would an oil pressure gauge.
You could get some gs ported headers and a crosspipe while everything is out...

^ exactly.

I would also look into replacing the inlet tube with an aftermarket one, upgrade ebcs and bigger injectors (at least 550cc) if your budget allows.

I loved the vf48 when it was on my bugeye.

Thanks for the responses. I'll pick up a ebcs that sounds like a good idea. I don't know about doing all that work to remove the emissions stuff, maybe if it where to break I'd do it.

I went with an AVO inlet after much research (fitment and strength).
I may get flammed for this, but the stock boost controller can handle wayyyy more power than youll ever see. also, injectors are same as STi so no need.
Last point, pill doesnt need to be changed if you get a tune, the tuner will adjust accordingly.

Its funny i give all this advice butmost parts arent even installed yet, wife not working and 2 young kids are were my install money is going. im on the road collecting perdiems to fund then install...paypal donations accepted

I did spend a year in research and consulting with a scooby STi builder before they were sold in NA....his 680hp car had stock ebcs...
