Default Harman Motive CAI

Harman Motive Shop

What do you all think? Looks pretty good IMO. The fact that they claim you don't need a tune is encouraging, but right underneath it they have this:
Quote:
Harman Motive has custom Accessport maps available for all of our products. These are included at no cost if you've purchased a Cobb Accessport from Harman Motive with other Harman performance products. If you already have an Accessport, these are available for $150 and can be emailed directly to you.
So they say no tuning, no bad A/F ratios, but you CAN spend an extra $150 if you want I'm getting mixed messages here.

I would go w/ a cai from Perrin,Injen,Cobb.....trialed & tested.
I would also rather run an ots map, than one from Harman Motive.

Good on them if they already have an intake for the STI...personally I would wait to see who else is making one...

Well the price is good and it sounds like a pretty good intake, even if not name brand. Harman Motive did a fairly extensive intake test for 07' Sti's, so I trust that they did a fair amount of R & D while developing their own intake. linky: Harman Motive Blog » 2007 STI Intake Test - Harman Motive Style

This is the thread that originally caught my attention. If it works for a LGT, I'm sure it would work on a FXT.
