Wow, for the mods listed that's the highest MPH and best ET I've seen for a stage 2 setup. Stock turbo and no nitrous - I'm impressed.

Not to take anything away from his driving skill (which is there) but IIRC the weather was very nice for him the night he made that run. 50's and dry.

Maestro ('04 5MT) ABDEHIKSUV%*

I haven't gone to the track with the 20G setup on the car... This was my car with the VF39/STi ECU setup:

I went back tonight with less than ideal conditions at the track, wx-wise and traction wise. I just couldn't get into the 1.8 60' area like before.

I've made quite a few changes since the last time to the FXT as well. Some good, some not. I've added a TurboXS stealthback, changed the AP to stage 2, I'm also running a WRX intercooler for more area (it was really cheap) but I don't have the splitter for that IC yet, there is also a silicon IC hose and I polished the aluminum elbows that go from that to the IC on the inside. I'm running the Firestones as well but they are taller (225/60-16) and heavier. My hitch isn't helping any either. As a matter of fact, the weight was up around 100 pounds from the last time. So all in all with all of the changes it still managed a slew of 13.80s but only a couple of 13.7s. The one 13.8 from the last time was the only one so I'd say it still managed to gain about 0.1 to 0.15 secs in the 1/4 despite worse 60' times. Wx: 61 degF, 100% humidity, 30.22" baro, 8mph crosswind at the track. Density altitude is 51 feet. Last time out it was -1060 feet (roughly).

So for the new log
The Head - 1.908 60', 13.748@98.00 (06 XT 5MT) DEIO%

But the good news was the butt-kicking two mustangs took, a miata, a Mercedes Kompressor thing (2-seater), and some loud Chebby truck. I barely lost to a Z28, but next time I'll be ready.

SnowMan's right, the weather was almost as good as it gets for turbos...I was surprised about the trap speed too. Hopefully with a VF39, the traps will be in the 108 range...we'll see.

OK, the time in my first post was from 2004, when my XT was bone stock. I went this morning and my time improved...

keyser soze - 2.10 60', 14.3 @ 93.269mph ('04 FXT, 4EAT, black) AERS

Some decent wx tonight - new best.

The Head - 1.898 60', 13.570@99.59 (06 XT 5MT) DEIO%

Managed to put a beating on a GTO, Hemi Daytona truck. Lost about 4 times, though, to superior (for now) hp. There was a SRT-8 300C car out there running 13.6s@102mph.

It's interesting that with the 225/60-16 tires I'm now launching at 3000rpm and getting better 60' times than the 4000-5000 launch window with the Geosquealers.
