I have an X model with no sunroof. For the most part, it's not an issue. I miss having the humungous sunroof, but it wasn't a deal breaker when I bought my X. However, I was thinking of a roof vent just to get more air, and to be different.
Is it doable? What do you guys think?

I had a tinted glass flip-up "moon roof" installed in my 1979 VW bus many years ago. It was by far the best and most useful mod I made, but I had to leave the shop during the installation, as I just couldn't bear to watch the guys cut the hole in the roof. They did a great job though (centered, aligned, rattle-free, etc.), and it never leaked (when closed...).
