Default Gas Cap tether part #

So this morning I stopped to get gas and I noticed the guy put the Gas Cap on top of the gas pump (yes I'm in NJ so someone pumps my gas for me). This highly concerned me because the gas cap used to be attached. Does anyone know if there is a specific part # for the tether or if you have to replace the whole cap. I'd like to replace this because like I said above in NJ someone pumps the gas for you and they're not always the most trustworthy people.

Lightbulb

This illustration suggests the cap and tether are all one assembly (item #2).

awesome, thank you very much. I'll hit up my parts guy and see if I can find a price.

I'll probably have to replace #5 as well.

heck yeah, beats having to get out of the car and pump your own gas, although it has its downfalls, hence me looking for a new gas cap. But NJ also has some of it not the lowest gas prices in the country AND someone pumps the gas for us.

it wouldn't be an issue if I wasn't in NJ. I'm just asking for one of the gas station attendants to lose the cap on me and not tell me so I do want to get it replaced. Probably going this Friday to pick it up. Got a price from my parts guy of $21.95 so it's cheap enough to just get a new one.
