DupliColor match for silver (OJ3)

The code for the paint is OJ3, its silver forester 2002 L.
Guys at Canadian Tire are not able to help me finding the right match.
There are at least 5 or 10 different silvers for DupliColor.

XT-2004 Sold

Go to NAPA, have them make rattle can of your spec paint code for $20. Most Crappy tires mostly have domestic brand duplicolor paints + the odd import. How many World Rally Blue Z-71's Extended cabs are there in Edmonton lol!?

When I painted my jdm Sti scoop, NAPA was the route I went.

FYI = Silver is one of the most difficult to match. Even if you can find one @ Can Tire that is close in shade, think twice about it. Each additional layer of paint you slap on will only make the "outcome" darker.

When I did my scoop, I did a wet sand followed by an adhesion promoter (primer) followed by a high grit wet sand. Followed by 3 very light coats of my NAPA subie spec paint. I beleive it was an enamel blend; so there was no need to add a protecive clear coat.
Just my O2

What are you painting, and Where ?
