This is exactly something i was thinking of doing to my Foz. Saves room to still use back end for snowboarding :D

How long does it take fiberglass to set, and how long did this fab take, it is awesome!

Because of the cool weather at the time, it took 2-3 days to fully dry and have that final shape. In the summer it would have taken a day or two at most I was told.
