Here are photos of current settings:
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() What changes would you folks suggest? I like to a lot of techno/dance, some rock/metal, and a little Prime Country from time to time. Can someone explain the equalizer to me, and or offer suggestions on settings? |

It’s all crap to me. I’ve suffered with the factory NAV unit for 9 months now. And can tell you I’m almost positive there isn’t a center speaker or a subwoofer.
Not to mention for a factory unit there’s way to many settings. |

Natural through Jazz settings are factory EQ settings so you do not have to fine tune if you do not want to." AKA the easy settings"...
Band 1 raises the EQ curve & boosts the frequancy at 60 hz.This band is for "BASS". Band 2 raises the EQ curve & boosts the frequancy at 1k hr hz.This band is for "midish bass & starting in with vocals". band 3 raises the EQ curve & boosts the frequancy at 4k hz.This band is for "vocals & upper end". Band 4 raises the EQ curve & boosts the frequancy at 16k hz.This band is for "high end & treble". This pic is the best pic I could find in the open wild web.If you look at the graph to the left it shows any time you raise or go into the positive it raises the curve at the frequency you are ajusting.IF you leave it flat you will have a flat sound. If you go minus you will almost cut that frequency out. joe r
