Just had to change the drivers(right) window motor
Found out that the passenger (left) from an early/mark 1 forester fits the drivers(right) window and cost a LOT less than a mark2 drivers motor! Around £40 less!! And fits straight on too:nerd:

Can't provide part number but i tried the right side motor and wouldn't fit so took the left side out and went straight in

They pointed upwards in the door frame were mine pointed down that how I came to try the other side

Considering some scrap yards try and ask £80-£90 for a mark 2 drivers motor and about £15-£30 for a mark one it's always something good to know
