The part of the clip that needs to be squeezed is on the back.

Okay, So I MUST BE A MORON! I can't for the life of me figure this out.

I took some pics right now and if anyone would be nice enough to photoshop, or point out which plug it is I would GREATLY APPRECIATE IT!!

NOTE: These are all taken from the Front side of the seat -

Red face

Just don't touch the yellow plug, those I believe are Air Bag, etc. I just did that last night.

I think it's the second one from top in the fourth picture. You can slide the clip out to unclip it. You can see a hole in the metal, the clip is almost all white, with some yellow in it....sorry if that's too confusing, I tried.

No that HELPS ALOT!!! It's the only clip with the metal piece that sticks out from under it,.......right??

Okay, so how do you go about unclipping it. I couldn't figure that out, and it's already hot outside so I was getting frustrated FTL

EDIT: Oh I can slide it out!! Sorry I just re-read your post. Okay, I'm going in Fellas!! Wish me luck.

Okay, So I'm back and I failed again.

I can't seem to get that clip to slide off, and my finger is hurting now because I was trying so hard

Unfortunately I think I'm just going to have to take the seat off.

Sorry Manny, I don't know why your's is so different. Do you have heated seats? It did only take me a few minutes to unbolt the seat that would probably make it much easier to get at. We're all rooting for you!

No I don't have heated seats. The Sports didn't come with them this year.

I guess I'll just have to unbolt the seat and see what's going on down there

Thanks to this thread I now have a happy wife and family.

Took about 2 minutes to do, and the first minute and a half was getting the stuff out from under the seat to be able to slide the seat back.

Slide the drivers seat back, look under the seat from the front, find the white clip and disconnect. No more chime!!

No more seatbelt chime for me, it took me about 5 seconds to find and disconnect. This place is filled with useful info.

Thanks,

Ahhhhhhhh................ Silent Bliss!!

Well I finally disengaged my dang Seatbelt chime. For all you Newer model guys that have the same setup as me, withing the row of 4 plugs under the drivers seat, it's the second back from the front. The ALL WHITE with yellow ends.

I can't express the sheer joy of not having to hear that dang chime!! :D

Here's a pic for reference...........
