PRCELESS .... and I have had a few 'Service Managers' use some of thise terms to me.

Nice Mopar 41TE tranny, DIS coil for V6, spark plug wire .... jumper cables ..... Run up service hrs on the customer ...... I love this .....

New training file for new hires that come around !!
