Google Chrome - New Browser

So now that Google Chrome has been out in the wild for about a hour has anyone given it a shot? If you are completely clueless as to what I am talking about take a peak here

I have to say I like it even better then Firefox thus far, but I have only been playing with it for a little bit.

Nice to see another alternative, I'll be curious to see how they have handled compatibility issues. What doesn't google do ?

Wow, I just found out about this browser 2 minutes ago, downloaded, and installed it, and I can already tell it's much faster than either IE or Firefox.

I have it also ... as a beta .... but now they have released the beta for anyone to download.

Few years ago, I signed up as a Google guinea pig

Much faster ... just get used to the different bookmark files.... and it only keeps 1 copy of a bookmark

I need some add-ons for it. I miss my ad-block and smooth scrolling form Firefox. I suppose it's just a waiting game now.

I just down loaded it. I now cant scroll up on the page w/ my laptop. I can only scroll down.

Google describes the new browser on their blog and provides lots more info about it in comic book form.

Chrome is also "... vulnerable to the infamous Safari carpetbombing flaw ..." because of using an older version of the WebKit engine. So, watch where you surf!
