Vote for SRR / Southern mini meeting in early January

Hi,

I thought of creating this thread where we can vote our preferred dates for a SRR / southern mini meeting early in January.

Please choose your preferred date(s) and whether you intend to participate on the RR or not.

The poll will remain open until Friday 4th January.

I will contact SRR to arrange it for the most popular date.

Satuday 12th is my prefered date to give me enough time to get my minor issue sorted + a re-map.
This would be +1 for RR only if I get a map after the exhaust fit.

I could do any of the below

Saturday 5th January
Friday 11th January (2pm onwards)
Saturday 12th January

Hopefully winter tyres wont affect the results too much.......

12th looks to be the one to go for, based on those replies. I can do that date too.

Given it is very close to me and I can do most of the suggested dates I have stayed quiet deliberately.

Should probably set the date soon though.

12th for me as well. I'm going to see if I can drop the wife and kids at her sisters and then scoot down from Farnham Common.

Definitely can't do the 9th, but will make an effort to come along and provide support on the other days if poss. Won't be running though.

Fivos, will you be contacting SRR on Monday for availability for the 12th? Will you be able to make this as I think you said you'd be traveling home on that day didn't you? Also, did we have a time in mind folks? Mid morning onwards?

Saturday is fine as I am travelling back on Sunday.

The earliest the better, mid morning is fine.

Since there is hardly any interest in power runs and I don't plan on running either would it be better meeting in a pub with a large car park in e.g. Frimley?

Can someone local suggest one?
