OBD Port Location

Hi, Im a noob here (only had my s turbo a couple of days).
Can someone tell me where the obd port is on a 1999 uk model.

If you look under the steering column you will see a pair of green and a pair of black connectors, I believe all coms to the ecu go through these connectors, I maybe wrong though....

OBD port is by your right knee if you are sitting in it...

EX- MY01 JDM S/tb VF35, decat, ecutek and other stuff. Now being enjoyed elsewhere.

As is mine, little 'pocket', just above the lower lip of the lower dash panel just to the right of the column...

Standard OBD 'D1962' connector.

Are these OBD. I bought a cable not to long ago and it didnt work on mine, but mines a 97! I'm sure somebody said that the earlier models werent obd?

99+ is obd , pre that they are select monitor

EX- MY01 JDM S/tb VF35, decat, ecutek and other stuff. Now being enjoyed elsewhere.

Cheers guys, I want to hook my laptop up so I can do some datalogging.
Im looking into extracting as much power as I can but keeping the stealth idea, especially since Ive just got rid of an impreza and told everyone I was getting a 'sensible' car.
Ive been looking at some of the previous posts to get some ideas of what other people have done to their cars.
Gotta say this is a great site.
