'Reliability index'..what a load of tosh!...its more to do with the cost of the repair and how long it was off the road for repairs!.... More like a survey of how expensive and how efficient the technicians and dealer network are!!...

This is why you are getting many of so called top branded cars down the list..... I would take this warranty direct survey as a very basic guide imo.

Mind you...having looked at the list, there are very few top branded cars on the list!!!..they must be way down.

Take the Lexus GS for example in 81st place...if it wasn't for the fact the average repair cost wasn't £755 !!! It could well be top of the list..
