Yeah great, just as I have to drive to London tonight. Hope it's a foot deep for when I get back.

Still none here. Still, suppose that saves me going out and being hit by some knob thinking he's a rally driver

Still none in Doncaster, so I had to go looking, spent today driving like a knob thinking I'm a rally driver and ended up here.

A freelance photographer turned up out the blue taking shots of everything, sheep sheltering at the side of the building, logs burning on the fire etc etc, he even had a poor fella pretend to dig a car out with a snow shovel it was all very amusing, expect to see them on the Daily Mail web site in a couple of days.
A few more shots from today ![]() ![]() The roads were like sheets of ice ![]()

Great pics Guinness!
Dry here today but very cold (-5C) and the small streets were iced up. Glad I can use public transport to get to work from now onwards. Despite the dry roads and winter tyres, at -1C on my favourite 90-degree bend, giving it gas on the exit results on the back end going out by a significant amount! ![]() Great fun and very progressive although a bit wallowy due to the soft tyres ![]() I don't think it's the fault of the tyres though as this happened with 2nd gear, it can break traction on 3rd gear and summer tyres on the dry, blame the monstrous torque

Just had a text from Significant Others sister in Switzerland where they've have had 1/2 metre of snow this morning. They'd intended to take their little one up the mountain to see Santa but after an hour on the cog train they were told that Santa was evacuating due to the avalanche risk. Weren't allowed off the train and had to return home in a blizzard.
