Morning all,
I have an 03XT with all the Prodrive bits I could throw at it, the problem is my self levelling rear drivers side is leaking and has to be replaced. I have a set of rear KYB s that I brought a few years back, had fitted and took off again due to the saggy rear end. Anyway, due to financial constraints this time I am not going to replace the self levellers but stick on the KYBs. Can anyone tell me where I should go for the correct springs to keep the car at the standard ride height? All the threads I have found involve dropping the car etc, that's not what I want. Also, do I need to specify what lbs springs I require??? This seems a bit of a minefield. I intend to replace all four springs but only the rear struts. Is there anything I should change 'while I m in there' ?????? Remember that I m not exactly loaded at the moment before you all suggest 'change everything' !!! The car has 130k miles on the clock. Thanks in advance! Last edited by Dogwagon; 11-07-2012 at 11:34 PM. Reason: iPad changes words! |

^ I can vouch for these. They will improve the handling too without affecting the ride unduly (progressive rate springs).
