I made the light bar myself from alluminium box section. The front and rear fogs work separatly as normal, but the aux lights up front are hooked up to the high beams through a switch, so can be on/off with high beams.

Glad you like it.

I see a few have trailer hitches, how well do they Tow? I am looking to get a Forester,if I can ever get my harley sold. and I want to be able to tow my helicopter with it. helicopter is single seat and only weights 620 pounds empty.

Got my eye on a nice 2001 Forester S with the sun roof.

N/A's are good for around 1250 KG IIRC. Check self leveling rear suspension if you get it in the US.

Search around some towing threads. But, I've towed a few larger trailers and my boat...who knows how much that lug weighs?! It has done great at any rate. Biggest thing I've noticed was the effect from wind, be careful it isn't shifting too much...or just run in 3rd gear.

Where's the best site to post my pic's on to get them up here? Flicker?

guess I should change that date stamp...or take it off.
Waiting for spring to get the driver's door and mirror fixed, currently the mirror is JB welded and the whole door is twisted, pretty sure I need a new door. Really love the tread of those Hankook's though!
