As for the raffle, I plan to put a complete list of all prizes in a bucket, as in every single item we are giving away. In a separate bucket will be everyone's name. I draw a name and a prize, repeat. If we run out of names we will put all back in. Everyone should get something this way.

Remember we will be selling $5 raffle tickets during the meet for a chance at a few other prizes..All cash from this will go directly to ScoobiesForBoobies...

at this point in time we've only got 1 more Forester than last year on the confirmed list, but 14 cars in total at this point. and a possible 3 others who might show but can't confirm 100% at this point.

Should I try and PM some people again, or wait until next month sometime when it is closer to the actual event and people will know if they can make it work or not?

I'm giving them a little bit more time. Don't want to be too pushy right now.

Also we need to start thinking about the rafting. I'm not too worried about it, but we should probably figure out where and when we are going. But that will be much easier once we know how many people will be involved.
