Cool The 245+ Club

This is the place for anybody who's running a tire size of 245 or wider, no matter what generation Forester.

To join the club you MUST be running AT LEAST a 245 section width.
-> Anything larger than 245 is encouraged, but not necessarily advised...

Everybody can post up their tire specs along with their wheel, chassis and suspension specs in case anybody wants to make reference back to them later on to see if they can fit a 245 or bigger on their ride.

I welcome everybody and anybody who is eligible to...

THE SF.org 245+ CLUB

Ok.
245/45/18 potenza re-o1r
18x8 et48 rota p1
my09 with swift springs

Not much of a challenge for my09. I have about a inch or so more room between the spring/strut on the inside. Was thinking I might try and squeeze a 18x9.5 with a 275 or so. I might be able to get it under the fender without being part of the hellaflush clowns.

They've been test fitted on the new suspension... but put it back up in the air to finish up the swaybars, brakes and turbo install. It's so unlike me to not take pictures though...

Epic Fail on my part

Lol

Suspension:
Hotbits coilovers, Camber plates, H&R Camber bolts in the rear
I try to dial in about -2 camber all around.

Daily drivers

245/45/17 Hankook RS2 (used up, replaced with same size Bridgestone RE01R's and yes they are wider tires. Pics to come..)
17x8 ET48 Rota Gforce
-This setup will fit on OEM 04-08 FXT suspension, I run them for about a month after I take off my coilovers before I swap to winter tires

Track tires

245/40/17 Kumho V710
17x8 ET48 Rota Torque (gone)

Now on 17x9 ET42 Rota DPT

255/40/17 Toyo RA-1
17x8.5 ET48 Rota Slipstream (GONE)

Replaced with:

255/40/17 Toyo RA-1
Rota DPT 17x9 ET42

tires: 245/40/18 bridgestone re01r
wheels: 18 x 8 konig zero - +48mm
suspension: tokicos/rce black springs/1" lift kit/whiteline camber bolts (f)
alignment: -1.5 f / 1.0 rear, 0 toe

no rubbing whatsoever. id like to achieve a more aggressive alignment, however w/ the lift kit there is no way to use camber plates. overall though the car handles amazing as she sits w/ my new suspension setup + i have ground clearance! afterall its my DD.
