Forester Swifts? This thread is about WRX takeoff struts/springs the OP has. But yes, SG Swifts over good stock Forester struts is a great setup.

I was talking about he wrx. Swift has springs for other cars besides foresters. And wrx swifts on wrx struts will give the same result.
