Default Anybody have clunk with D-specs?

Over on NASIOC there is talk about a clunk for people using Dspecs, both with 02-03 strut tops and using the scooby921 spacer with 04+strut tops. Anybody having this problem here?

No clunks from my D-specs with Scooby921 spacers and Group N tophats. The amount of play between the Scooby921 spacer and the strut top is likely on the order of .01mm or less. I'm not certain why some users have clunking issues. Some anti-seize under the spacer should take up the space.

So you can use your '04+ top hats. I always dry fit without the spring to avoid having to deal with it later.

I'd just buy the spacers. I don't remember the exact size. I do remember the only hardened metric washers I found fit the shaft perfectly and barely fit within the top hat's I.D. I have some '04+ Group N rear top hats too if you're interested...
