What kind of price it is on the rotors? I'm thinking of selling the ones off my XT but I have no idea what they are worth.

they must be aftermarket rotors if they are slotted. Sounds like a good deal though! Very easy swap too!

I went with Racing Brake slotted rotors and I upsized the rears from 266mm to 290mm. I needed a bit more stopping power since I'm running a VF39. I did pads and new fluid at the same time too.

Nice! Yea, thats what i'm doing. Full brake "refresh". Where do i pick up good ceramic pads in the stock size? Can't wait to do a turbo upgrade myself!

Ceramic pads will eat your rotors up, and they also lose a lot of effectiveness in the cold.

I went with Hawk HPS pads. They are a real quiet pad that bites much harder than the stock pad, and won't tear your rotors up like a ceramic pad. They are pretty cheap too.

couple questions before the money changes hands. They are stop tech rotors...they'll still fit under my stock calipers right? Just wanna make sure. Also, what is the diffrence between slotted and drilled or are they similar? any answers would help...learning process here...

cross drilled have a bunch of holes all the way thru them, slotted have roughly 6 long directional slots in the surface.

Ask the owner if he used his stock calipers. If so, they will work perfect with your calipers.

They'll fit. They are brand new, too. So, as far as slotted vs. drilled, they run about the same? Curious to know if slotted is better than drilled or vice versa? Or are they both pro/con...
