Default Racing brake rotors and hawk pads install gone wrong...

Just as I finished up installing the rotors and pads all the way around, I forgot I didnt lube one of rear pads. Had to take off the wheel to get it done and as I was putting the lugnuts back on with an impact wrench (I know....was trying to hurry), I stripped one of the studs...crap...no problem I have spares.

When I was hammering the old one out, out popped two pieces of the ABS ring...crap, I forgot to unbolt the ring! After cursing at myself for a couple minutes I put the new stud in and slapped everything back together.

Went to go bed the pads and the ABS light comes on. I finished bedding in the pads anyways.

Now my dilemma, what to do?!?! Is replacing the ring an easy fix? Everything seems to work fine (brake-wise), I just have an annoying light on....

Thoughts?

LOL, wow!

ABS won't work with the ring gone and if you have an auto, then the transfer clutch packs lose that input.

Replacing the ring, IIRC, isn't super hard. Just PM one of our fine vendors to order the part for you. If they are nice, they might include the scan of the sheet for you so you can see how and what holds everything together.

Then pull the light, and call it a day.

I pulled the slow-blow-fuse for ABS in my Legacy, then used E-tape to cover the light.

I will eventually fix it...it will bug me knowing something isnt working like it should. Now, on to the "how do I fix this crap."

Anyone have a step by step (pics would be a bonus) on how to do this? I read the install on the wheel bearings, but I just cant picture what all is needed to just get to the ABS ring?!?!
