If you're not a member of MNSubaru you should be.
The reason I brought it to the dealer was in hopes of still having it covered under warranty with the number of issues I have had. I talked with a individual from Subaru Customer service and emailed over copies of all the work done on the brakes thus far and they are going to let me know today or tomorrow as to if they will give me a good will credit to have Morries Subaru do the work for me.

If they decide not to cover it for me I will more then likely get help from some of the awesome forum members!

Thanks for all the tips and offers of help guys I appreciate it! I will let you know as soon as I hear back from Subaru.

I don't know if you've seen my other thread about brake warping but now that I think about it, I got tires rotated at a quick-lube type place while getting an oil change and they used an air gun to tighten the lugs. It was after that I noticed the brakes started shuddering. Could this be the source of my problem??

it's been known to do that in certain situations. That's why i recommended checking this to the poster.

I did a full brake overhaul this past weekend, and I had no experience with what I was doing when I started. I did pads, rotors and fluid, and the results are 100x better than the stock setup, at a price much cheaper too. I had a friend help with the pads and the bleed, but the rotors were pretty straight forward swap. Overall it took about 1 hour per corner to do the rotors and pads.

If you just want some Brembo blank rotors, check out THIS link. They're prices are fair, and I've bought rotors from them in the past. They have some big brake kits, too, if you want to go that route. :)

I just heard back from the Subaru rep. They agreed that even though the car is out of warranty based of the numerous times that I have had issues with the brakes they would be willing to give me $250 towards any work that I choose to have done on the brakes within the next year. I think that is pretty reasonable all things considered. When I get a chance I will just bring it back into the dealer and have them replace the pads and rotors. I still have a couple hundred in Subaru dollars so I shouldnt have to pay anything in the end. I guess persistence pays off. Thanks for all the suggestions guys!
