Those look great man. Definitely jealous.

Has anyone done a performance braking comparison of the sti brembos and the Subaru 4/2 pots? I mean, if two cars weighed the same, had the same tires, brake lines, MC, brake fluid, pads, rotors, and wheels. which one would stop you faster?

The difference would be negligible probably even longer than stock unless you addressed the terrible front bias you'd create by slapping on just the front Brembos. The question should be which would stop you for longer. BBKs increase thermal capacity and pedal feel. Sorry fourontwowheels- he asked.

Do these calipers/rotors require any special adapters, etc. or do you just buy 5x100 rotors in the same size as the new STI's and the calipers bolt right on?

No one happens to have the part numbers for what is necessary do they?

Thanks!

Fronts don't require anything special to bolt on and use (STi MC helps) but the rear calipers require special bracket and special adapter rotor for e-brake...unless you are able to get some different hubs.

I can't wait to get my Brembos on!...Getting excited!

the front calipers bolt right up. all you need are 5x100 rotors, and STI caliper mounting bolts (4x). not sure of part #'s but your local subie dealer should have these in stock.
