I need some Thai food or Korean BBQ! I think a downtown lunch meet is in order very soon!
The greatest steak place on the west coast is in Renton, Wa. It is called MELROSE GRILL. It is a great place to take the lady and you can't beat theTenderloin Brochette with a side of King Crab. http://www.sansueb.com/melrose/ The building has a cool history and has been there for over 100 years. It has a nice charm that matches the great food.

Taste of India, 5517 Roosevelt Way NE in the U-District is hands down the best in town. Just get there early if it's a weekend as the line can take awhile... Pizza...hhuummm, I'm partial to Zeeks for delivery and the Zeeks on Greenwood for sit down dining(great bear selection). Jesse |

Please, if you're going to send someone anywhere in L.A. for great burgers (mostly hot dogs) with AWESOME chili, you have to mention: http://www.pinkshollywood.com/ You haven't been there? Try it. No comparison.

Best Asian Indian food has to be Anita's Bistro @ 8014 15th Ave NE in Lake City. Take Lake City/Bothell exit off I-5 make right on 80th and left on 15th. I'm not just saying that because a guy at my workplace owns it but it has the best Asian Indian curry and Nan Bread I have ever tasted. Heck, I didn't even get a discount. But I'm going back soon with some other work buddies. Pizza...hmmm I recommend Mario's at the Marion Court in Downtown Seattle. I also like Romio's and Papa John's. http://www.romiospizza.com/

Wow, I haven't been there in years. I never know what to get there. I want one of everything. Like Thorton Mellon, "Do you look at a menu and say, OK?" (Back to School-movie) I used to go there when I went to a cool little toy store on Melrose called Wound and Wound. |

Kabob and Curry House on 4th is good. And Daphnies is a good greek chain near the new safeway by the college.

I just saw they have a Daphne's in Petaluma too, in the shopping center at McDowell & E. Washington, across the way from Trader Joe's. I gotta try it sometime. |
