NW BBQ and meet- gauging interest

I'm thinking of throwing a end of summer BBQ bash at my place! Maybe a chance to get to meet a few new locals, hang out and grill up some food.

I'm looking at the end of August, and I'd like to know when people are free. It could be on Saturday August 30th, Sunday August 31, or even Monday September 1st since it Labor day and most of us working suckers should have that day off.

I have plenty of parking in the back, and if done on a Saturday or Sunday people could even camp out if they wanted. I have a decent size yard. Kids would be more than welcome too. I have a big playset to help keep them entertained.

Possible people attending-
Sea-Scooby, wife, 2 kids ~ 05 X, 05 XT
Arthrogrian19 + GF ~ 07 X (maybe an XT by then?)

I think Sunday would work best. I'll probably come up with the GF the day before and stroll around downtown Seattle.

I think so. We have something else tentativly scheduled for that day, I am pushing hard to have it the week before.

It would be good to get us all out there again and see the new baby. (ours should be walking by then too, she has started to take steps this week).

Sat or Sun doesn't matter to me. I have to work til 6pm both days though but I may be able to leave work a little early. Heck, even Monday would work.

May be packing my Forester that weekend..... Tentatively plan on moving to Alaska that week!

hey man, i'm in for either day. we're not gonna make it to the suby fest in astoria next weekend. sumptin' has come up. what should we bring to the bbq?

sea-scobby Saturday the 30th is the only day my wife & I can make it as we are going to start are long drive back to CT the 31st. we were going to get a room somewhere near your house to stay in that night after your BBQ & then head out on the road Sunday morning the 31st as she has to be back home by the 6th & we need to head East by the 31st.

well if U have your BBQ the 30th then the wife & I will be there & if not maybe we'll meet U all another time as we'll be coming back to WA again. I'm going to the Subiefest in Astoria next weekend & maybe I'll C some of U there.
