What is this???

Was attempting to install my flex innovation grounding kit, but couldnt get the wire to attach to the throttle body location cause this was in the way?? not a big deal as i relocated the ground. But what is this "Bosch Boost Sensor"???????

Boost = pressure, so that's the MAP sensor.
