99 forester S parts

I have a 99 forester S model with a tan interior. The engine is sold and the trans is shot, but all other parts are up for grabs. Let me know what you need and we can deal from there.

I need the carpet if its in good condition, the padding under the carpet/under the dash on the driverside where the footrest is. Also the round screw in tab that's in the same location which holds the carpet down.

How about a good "clock spring"? My airbag and horn aren't working...

If so, price including shipping to 95946?

Thanks.
