Repaired this.

The drivers seat has always had a funny feel to it from day one but I could never pin it down and the dealer couldn't either. On Wednesday getting stuff out of the back seat I leaned on it and noticed the back passenger corner lifted up slightly. Thinking that a bolt came loose I reached around underneath it while moving it and found the broken mounting ear.

The crack had a nice layer of rust so it has been broke for a long time.

Had my Pops weld it up(gave me a reason to see him). and replaced the rivet with a nut & bolt and brass bushing. Stupid repair for some thing that should never break. The seat has a completely different feel to it now.

Pulled out my pioneer head unit, messed with the wires til the video-override-while driving started working (didn't work after coming back from shop--looked good, but some contact wasn't just so). Don't drive while watching video, but it's the only way to adjust brightness, contrast etc. of the screen.

Put on a pair of Bosch Evolution wiper blades. They told me that if they streak within a year they will replace them with a new one. We'll see (no pun intended). I've never used them before.

Thanks! I searched a couple threads on here for dimensions and stumbled across a guy who had posted some. I used a pair of generic truck flaps from autozone, $20 for the set of four! My GF got me the decal earlier for my birthday. It was originally intended for the air dam on my sunroof, but it's too tall of a font.

The weather in the D.C. area was unseasonably warm today. I decided to start into some body work as a precursor to installing a sub/sub box in my SF. I will complete the body work as time and temps allow. I'll be mocking up the sub box this week. Hopefully I'll be able to install the amp and sub next weekend.

I did an oil change on the beater on Saturday.
She is running some fresh Castrol EDGE 5W30 until I can track down a reliable source for Rotella T5 0W30...
